Rambus benefits are an important part of your total compensation and work experience. Employees are covered under the Rambus programs on their first day of employment.

Public Holidays
Rambus provides paid time off (11 public holidays and 1 floating holiday) to celebrate holidays and festivals.
Provident Fund and Gratuity
Rambus makes necessary contributions towards statutory programs including Provident fund and Gratuity.
Leave Program
For every month of continuous service, employees accrue 1.25 days off (15 days per year). This amount increases based on years of service at Rambus.
Sick Leave
Rambus provides 12 days per calendar year (on a pro-rata basis).
Paid Paternity
Rambus provides fathers 5 consecutive days off within the first 3 months after the baby's birth for the first 2 children.
Special Leave
Rambus provides 5 days off for marriage, 3 days off for bereavement, 15 days off for adoption leave, 5 days off for study leave, and 6 weeks off for sabbatical.
Tuition Fees Reimbursement
Employees working 40 hours per week are eligible for the tuition fees reimbursement program after 6 months of employment. Up to Rs. 1, 40,000 is provided for approved local and distance education.
Employee Rewards and Recognition
Rambus provides recognition to employees for life events such as marriage and birthdays. Employees are also recognized for there accomplishments through spot bonuses, engineering recognition awards, publication bonuses, patent bonuses, and leadership awards.
Broadband Program
If there is a business need, eligible employees are reimbursed up to Rs. 1000 per month and Rs. 2500 for one-time installation charges.
Professional Society Memberships
Employees are eligible for 2 professional society memberships with manager approval.
Fitness Center Reimbursement
Rambus reimburses health-club membership fees up to 18,000 INR per year. Employees located at offices with fitness centers provided by Rambus are not eligible for this benefit.
Service Awards
Employees are recognized for years of service through the service award program. Employees receive awards for their 3, 5, and 7 year anniversaries with Rambus.
Employee Referral Program
Employees can earn up to Rs. 1,30,000 per year for referrals.
Mediclaim Insurance
Rambus provides eligible employees and eligible dependents with Mediclaim Insurance. Rambus pays 100% of the premium for employees and their eligible dependents. Mediclaim Insurance provides reimbursement of up to 500,000 INR per family for hospital expenses. Maternity coverage is included in this benefit and provides a maximum coverage limit of 50,000 INR for up to 2 children.
Accident Insurance
Rambus provides eligible employees with group personal accident insurance. The maximum benefit is 8,00,000 INR due to bodily injury or death because of an accident. GPA insurance benefits follow a payment schedule. Rambus pays 100% of the premiums.
Life Insurance
Rambus provides eligible employees with coverage equal to 4x their annual basic pay. Medical certification may be required for coverage that exceeds 2,000,000 INR. Rambus pays 100% of the premiums.
