Judy Chen received a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Chen has held engineering management roles as well as product and strategic marketing positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Big Bear Networks, and Intel. Her experience is focused in the telecommunications market, from wireless communications to optical transport. Dr. Chen's marketing focus is roadmap and technology planning and she is currently the chief mobility strategist at Rambus, Inc.
