Rambus to Present LED Lighting and Display Innovations at the Third Annual OIDA Green Photonics Forum

At the show, Rambus will present a session on the acceleration of LED backlighting for displays and lighting applications. Rambus Presentation Wednesday, June 16, 5:00.p.m. PT "Accelerating the Advance of LED Lighting and Display Solutions" During this session, Mr. McConnaughey will explore the growing opportunities and existing challenges for the adoption of LED-based solutions for general lighting and displays. He will also discuss how to best optimize state-of-the-art LED innovations for cost-effective general lighting and LCD backlight technology. As part of his talk, McConnaughey will address how Rambus' innovations enable the thinnest, brightest and most cost-effective LED-based edge-lit units for a variety of display and lighting applications.
