Download File from www.denali.com/memconFile Name: Memory Technology Innovations for Mobile PlatformsAs the application demands of mobile consumer platforms increase, the performance of the underlying memory subsystems becomes increasingly important. However, the memory system performance must be increased without burdening the power, form factor and cost of the overall system. Rambus has developed a number of key technology ingredients to address this problem as part of its Mobile Memory Initiative (MMI). This talk will focus on how these technologies address the issues of scalability, power efficiency, power state exit latency, clock recovery, signal integrity, and low cost packaging. This process has produced a memory architecture that is optimized for the unique demands of the mobile environment. Presenter: Fred Ware, Technical Director, Rambus This presentation is available as a webcast on the MemCon website.
