Rami Sethi

Rami Sethi is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Memory Interface Chip Business Unit for Rambus, where he has full P&L responsibilities and manages the related business and engineering organizations. Before joining Rambus, Rami was Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Analog and Mixed Signal Business Unit at Renesas Electronics which included the Memory Interface, Timing, RF, Optical Interconnect, Specialty Memory and Mixed-Signal ASIC business divisions. Prior to its acquisition by Renesas in 2019, Rami served as Vice President and General Manager of the Memory Interface and Power Management Divisions at Integrated Device Technology (IDT) since 2013. He previously held various marketing and engineering roles at IDT, SiTime and Essential Test Systems. Rami was a board member of the JEDEC Solid State Technology Association, a leading semiconductor industry standardization organization, from 2012 to 2022.

Rami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
