It’s that time of year again! Mobile World Congress is almost upon us and the rumours have started about the new technologies and products that will be unveiled at the show. But Samsung isn’t the only company that’ll be showing off its latest tech.
We are delighted to be bringing our newest advanced payment demonstrations to Barcelona, 2-5 March. Our experts will be discussing developments in payment integration on different mobile operating systems, host card emulation (HCE), our award-winning Secure Element in the Cloud solution, payment tokenization and all things near field communication (NFC) lifecycle management at booth 7J31.
Visa Host Card Emulation
If you are specifically interested in learning about HCE tokenization for payments, Bell ID has been invited to present at the Visa Ready HCE Summit (Theatre T6) on 4 March between 3pm and 5pm. Jan Dart, Advisory Director at Bell ID, will provide insight into Bell ID’s live HCE implementations.
Host Card Emulation and Payment Tokenization Demo
Visitors to the Bell ID booth will also be able to witness the full lifecycle of an Android HCE, tokenized mobile payment. Visitors will see each stage of the process from initiation of a card request, through to the issuance of an Android HCE card credential before making a simulated cloud-based transaction. Once this is complete, the card will be remotely suspended (as if it had been reported lost or stolen) to demonstrate the security of the solution. This solution showcases Bell ID’s Secure Element in the Cloud, Tokenization Manager and Transaction Manager platforms. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have in this area.
Get in touch to arrange a meeting with one of the team or come by the booth to check out the demos. Not attending the event? Take a look at our blog on 2015 Predictions: HCE & Tokenization.
