LOS ALTOS, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES – 10/25/2007 – Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ:RMBS), one of the world’s premier technology licensing companies specializing in high-speed memory architectures, today announced the resignation of John Danforth who had been Senior Legal Advisor to the Company since July 2006, and prior to that had been its first general counsel. Mr. Danforth had been working under a January 2006 employment agreement, which, by its terms, ran through October 22, 2007. The resignation is effective October 22, 2007.
