Northwest Logic and Mixel’s MIPI DEVCON Presentation Now Available

At the recent MIPI DEVCON, Northwest Logic and Mixel made a presentation describing how the trend towards higher resolution and frame rate cameras and displays is driving the need for higher data rate interfaces. It also covered how the MIPI Alliance Camera Serial Interface (CSI) and Display Serial Interface (DSI) standards are evolving to meet these needs and the corresponding impact on CSI and DSI designs. Northwest Logic’s Advanced Memory Test For HBM Solution Now Available

High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) provides memory throughput that greatly exceeds DDR4. Northwest Logic’s HBM Controller has been widely used by customers to create HBM-based SOCs. Northwest Logic’s Advanced Memory Test (AMT) solution enables memory faults in an HBM system to be detected and isolated using advanced algorithms such as MARCH and GALPAT. These algorithms are efficiently executed using a Microsequencer which is part of Northwest Logic’s Memory Test Core. This enables users to easily create custom HBM test sequences that can be efficiently executed in the bring-up lab, manufacturing or in field test scenarios.
