On March 2, Rambus, along with partners MLove and IXDS, will be hosting 4YFN’s “Eyes of the IoT” workshop and reception from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
“The Internet of Things (IoT) depends on data and smart sensors are essential to effectively capturing that data,” explained Kendra De Berti, a director at Rambus.
“In order for the devices and machines around us to adapt and even anticipate our changing needs, they must be able to gather and act upon relevant data from their surroundings quickly and cost-effectively.”
As De Berti notes, Rambus scientists have developed a new class of computational imagers known as lensless smart sensors (LSS) that deliver on power, package and price. Indeed, LSS technology is capable of facilitating new levels of interactivity and convenience in a wide range of applications.
